How to order All items of jewellery are hand made
in my workshop in Snowdonia, North Wales using quality Sterling Silver bought from London
and Birmingham
suppliers.
I keep a limited supply of
items in stock, otherwise they are made to order.
For this reason, please allow between 4 - 6 weeks for
delivery and longer before Christmas. If you
require an item urgently please say so and I will see if this can be arranged. If you would like to discuss anything with me - prices, lengths, materials etc please leave a home telephone number on your e-mail and I will get back to you. Payment can be made in one of 2 ways 1. By debit or credit card - this site is not a secure site, but I do have the facility to accept payment by card. This can be done by phoning me with your card details. 2. By cheque Either way I ask for at least a 50% deposit with order and the remainder when the items are ready for despatch - I send out a pro forma invoice which you pay - by card or cheque - and once the payment has cleared I send out the goods - ( I recommend special delivery for goods over £30 in price, otherwise first class post). If you are not entirely happy with your goods when you receive them, please send them back at once and I will give you a full refund.
